We will not sell or rent any information acquired during the process of a purchase or consultation to any outside parties. Nor will any personal or private information be shared with any third parties without the consent and/or authorization of the individual(s) referred to in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve our customers. Information collected includes customer name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card numbers. We do not retain complete credit card numbers in our system. We do offer an “opt-out” email newsletter with sale items and other information to our customers. If you elect to receive our e-newsletter and/or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.
Return Policy
Due to the customization and specialized nature of our computer systems, we do not offer or provide for, merchandise returns. As such, all sales are final. We do, however, provide a one-year warranty on parts and labor with any new custom computer purchase from Wired Northwest, LLC.
